MINDFULNESS MONDAY

BE STILL.
Finding stillness and allowing your mind to feel calm takes practice. Emotions, thoughts, and everyday life like to take the space where calm can exist. Think of something that is naturally calm- a cloud, a cool mountain lake, the mountains against a blue sky, or even a favorite stuffed toy. By taking a mindful moment to focus on stillness, we can access our inner calm whenever we need.
